Friuliano | Vini Bianco made from 100% Friuliano

Wine Description: Produced with TOCAI FRIULANO grapes. Wine fermented and refined in steel, it owes its longevity to the long aging on the yeasts before bottling. Fermentation is conducted by indigenous yeasts, with strict temperature control. In the glass, yellow straw with gold highlights. The aroma is full and fruity, reminiscent of citrus fruits, including the grapefruit peel and rosehip, with floral notes of violet. Slowly they give way to hints of almond typical of Friulano, well mixed with the mineral characteristics conferred by the terroir. On the palate freshness, length and persistence. Quaffable minerality. A Friulano with great structure and personality, worthy of the region.
